Today I have so many plans. I have a school carnival tonight from 4-9 so I really only have part of a day to do so many things! I am going to the post office to mail some packages and Ashley's Save the Date cards. She wanted them mailed in September but we did our best!

I also want to do some fall decorating. So many people have posted their lovely fall decor and I want to join them! I really want to get outside and plant the lovely purple mum I received and do some lovely fall decorating around my garden like Cherry Hill Cottage. If you haven't see her outdoor decs, go check her out!

Then I have my regular chores... grocery shopping, laundry, cleaning... but those are coming last today!

Hope all of you have plans that you are anxious to do, too!

This is a photo I took of our state capitol building...

  1. Terri,
Thanks for stopping by my blog today...WOW you've been busy while I was away! Congrats on your completion of the educational specialist degree...if you go on to get your Doctorate...does that mean we HAVE to call you Dr. Terri?

You asked if our trip to Italy was business or vacation...it was pure pleasure...no business what-so-ever (and believe me that was hard for hubbin, but the 7 hour time difference helped) it was our gift to each other for our 30th wedding anniversary...which was Feb. 19th...but we wanted to wait and go in October b/c we knew it was one of the best times to go...and it WAS...FAB! You should go if you ever get the chance...we loved it!

  2. Terry, don't you just love old capitol buildings? Or any old building? Seems we're awfully busy tearing down our history, to me...but it is a lovely picture. Don't work to hard, you're overdoing!

  3. Hi,
I saw your name over at Pioneer Woman's. My name is Terri also. My brother and his wife used to live in Jefferson City on a farm of her family's. I got to visit there and it was beautiful.

  4. Can't wait to see pictures of your fall decorations. I've had mine up forever so I'm ready for Christmas now! I'm so anxious for the next season each time it approaches. I'll have tulips on my dining room table in March!

    Love,
    Julie

Terri, I can't wait to see your decorations. You always do such a pretty job of decorating. Hope you had an enjoyable day yesterday. I love the pic of the old Capital, not far from me is an old historic court house and they are redoing it for shops and a banquet hall it is so pretty.

  7. Teri, I have a lot of things I could be doing or should be doing but I'm not. Except laundry.

I thought I would let you know that I mail your Halloween package out Priority mail after work on Friday. I would guess it would be there before Wednesday.
