Update!

It has been a long while since I lasted posted. Let me tell you what I have been doing.....

Doctor's Appointments!

I have been to the ER twice since Labor Day, both times with excruiating stomach cramps and the last time with extreme vomiting. Not a pretty site.

With all the bloodwork, xrays, sonograms, and CT scans, you'd think I would have an answer to all of this but no. Those fun, lovely tests produced nothing in the way of a diagnosis, but hey, at least there isn't anything seriously wrong (at least for now!)

I have another doctor's appointment on Tuesday to go over the results of the last CT scan. I'll keep you posted (get it?)

Would you like to comment?

  1. Terri am sending up prayers and good thoughts for you. I am sorry you are having health problems and know it must be stressful not knowing why. Hugs my friend

  2. Have you had a hydascan on your gall bladder? It was the only test that showed that my gall bladder was functioning at about 10 percent and giving me much pain!

Don't give up until you feel better or have a diagnosis. It can get discouraging.

Also, do they know that you are losing weight? Sometimes changes in our diet can mess us up....

Thanks for your very sweet comment today.

    Take care!

  3. Yes, please keep us posted. Remember the flood of '93? My dr. said it brought in all kinds of weird bugs and stuff. That was the start of all my sinus/allergy problems. This time it's been a nagging cough. I hope you really do feel better. At least they haven't found anything. Hang in there.

  7. Terri, I am so sorry you have been through all of this. Bless your heart!
I will keep you in my prayers, heart and thoughts. Dang girl...I hate this! And it is really difficult not to get an accurate diagnosis after all those tests.

We will all be thinking about you and sending good thoughts your way...

    Love,
    Sue

  8. Oh, my, Terri, that's terrible. I was wondering why you hadn't posted. If you don't get answers, don't be afraid to go to a different medical center and see a specialist. I watch a lot of "Medical Mysteries" and this is what I've learned from that show.
