Outdoor Wednesday

We have had a great combination of rain and sun and therefore the East garden is looking great. Here are some photos of it! Enjoy!

  1. This is my favorite of all of your gardens (it is hard to have a favorite because they are all so lovely) but it is tucked away behind the house where very few people go. It is kind of like our SECRET GARDEN. :) :)

Very pretty landscaping! Hope your week is going well. May be driving through your neck of the woods soon.

  3. Your plants look wonderful!! I love the crock with the verbena (I think--I'm not "plant proficient") spilling out! Your hostas make me really miss my old yard, with its mature trees and great shade. Hostas wouldn't survive in the barren surroundings we have now!

Regarding your comment on my Wordless Wed. post---comments are encouraged and thanks for yours! ;)

    Have a good Wednesday. Dana

  4. I once had those same lovely dragonflies as garden art. Hmmm. What happened to them?

  10. I really like how you've landscaped around your tree! I've been thinking of doing something similar to our trees in the front.

  11. Wonderful garden you have there...I see two things that pop out at me...the deep hues on the irises and the crock that you are "wasting" in the garden. Is the back side cracked out? You know how I love a good crock. =D
