Shoo Fly Punch with a Kick #SundaySupper

Today's #SundaySupper event is titled Spice is Nice and Some Like it Hot.  I love this great way of sharing with you some recipes with a little heat. Good times will be had by all. Shoo Fly Punch with a Kick is a classic that is ripe for the summer.  The ginger, the Berbere, the smoke...

This great drink has a little kick from the ginger two ways already in the drink.  To add a little pow, add a bit of Berbere spice.  I found mine at Penzeys Spices.  This is an African spice blend that has a bit of smoke, perfect for a bourbon drink.
