Preheat your oven to 350.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n2. Destem your pumpkin.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3. Clean any dirt off your pumpkin.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n4. Cut your pumpkin in quarters.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n5. Grease a bar pan with about 2 T vegetable oil.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n6. Place pumpkin quarters cut side down.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n7. Roast for 15 minutes. \u0026nbsp;Check for doneness. \u0026nbsp;Pumpkin shell will be soft and will indent with slight pressure.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n8. Continue to roast until you get the correct doneness.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n9. \u0026nbsp;Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n10. \u0026nbsp;Using an ice cream scoop, scoop away seeds and strings, then scoop pulp into a separate bowl.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n11. Pour pulp into a food processor. \u0026nbsp;Process until smooth.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n12. Measure 1 cup into ziplock baggies and freeze.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n13. the bottom of the stem to make it flat.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nClean out the insides of the pumpkin.\u0026nbsp; Pull out all the stringy stuff and the seeds.\u0026nbsp; Keep the seeds if
