Lemon Frozen Yogurt with Cake Mix Crust #springsweetsweek

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #SpringSweetsWeek. I received product samples from sponsor companies to help in the creation of the #SpringSweetsWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

For day 3 of #SpringSweetsWeek, I bring you a simple but delightful frozen yogurt made from greek yogurt and my cake mix pie crust.  I lined a 9 by 9-inch pan with the part of the dough, made the yogurt and topped the crust with the yogurt and froze it again!  Super simple, very delicious!

I love all things lemon and I love greek yogurt, so for me, it was a match made in heaven!  The tang of the yogurt and the tang of the lemon together makes this a delightful topping for my cake mix pie crust.  Top with whipped cream to smooth the tangy flavors, if you wish!

I chose to use Nancy's Yogurt because it is so creamy and tasty. Quality ingredients will make a quality product, so consider using Nancy's Yogurt in your recipe!  To find more recipes using Nancy's Yogurt, check out their social media links!
