Today I am featuring Sprinkle Pop in my Bunny Bark. Y'all, Sprinkle Pop is the Queen of Sprinkles. The Empress of Sprinkles. The Goddess of Sprinkles.  These are, by far, the most gorgeous sprinkles I have ever used. I will never use store bought sprinkles ever again!


Ok, enough of the drama, just look at this beautiful bark!  Right???

Bunny Bark

Bark candy has taken on the holidays! This spring influenced bark uses Easter candies to take it up a couple of notches!
prep time: 15 minscook time: 30 minstotal time: 45 mins

ingredients:

  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz Wilton's Candy melts in purple
  • 2 c. malted milk ball eggs, chopped
  • 1 2 oz pkg Sprinkle Pop sprinkles in Egg Hunt

instructions

  1. Prepare a cookie sheet with a Silpat or parchment.
  2. Chop malted milk eggs into large pieces.
  3. Open the sprinkles and separate the bunnies and carrots from the sprinkles
  4. In a DRY glass bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted.  
  5. Pour the white chocolate over half the Silpat and spread into a large rectangle, not too thin.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  7. In the same bowl, melt the purple Candy Melts in a microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
  8. Pour the melted Candy Melts over the white chocolate and spread over the white chocolate.
  9. Quickly insert the chopped malted milk eggs in a random fashion all over the rectangle.
  10. Sprinkle on the sprinkles
  11. Add on the bunnies and carrots.
  12. Let cool completely.
  13. Break the bark into pieces.
