Beauty and Support Style Team: Beauty Is More Than Skin Deep

I've come to believe that beauty isn't about turning back the clock; it's about celebrating the woman I've become. I've earned every laugh line, every gray hair, and every little reminder of a life filled with love, adventure, and a few unexpected detours. My approach to beauty these days is less about anti-aging and more about beautifully becoming. I still adore a wonderful moisturizer, a favorite perfume, and a lipstick that makes me feel fabulous, but I've learned that the most important part of my beauty routine is how I treat myself. During the holidays, that means giving myself permission to rest, savor a quiet morning, and enjoy the festivities without worrying whether everything is picture-perfect.

I also believe that curiosity is one of the loveliest qualities a woman can cultivate. Trying a new skincare ritual, experimenting with a festive makeup look, or simply taking a few minutes to feel beautiful before heading out the door can be little acts of joy rather than obligations. And while I appreciate all seven of these holiday self-care essentials, I'd add one more: be kind to the woman looking back at you in the mirror. She's been busy creating memories, loving her people, and making a beautiful life. This holiday season, I hope you'll give yourself the same generosity and attention you so freely give everyone else. After all, the best holiday glow comes from a woman who feels comfortable, confident, and happy being exactly who she is.
