2 T butter
1 large yellow onion sliced thin
1 red onion sliced thin
1 bunch of green onions sliced thin
1/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
Melt butter in a large skillet, add onions. Cook until soft, about 20 minutes. Add in balsamic vinegar, scraping bottom of pan for brown bits. Add sugar. Cook until liquid is cooked off, about 10 minutes. Cool. Serve with .........
