Christmas in July

I love Christmas! Each year I am so excited to start my Christmas planning with Christmas in July. Here's what I do each July:

  • Set my families Christmas Celebration dates
  • Draw names.
  • Make hotel arrangements, if needed.
  • Think about my Christmas menu.
  • Plan for the photo for our annual Christmas card.
That's it, but wow, does that little bit of planning come in handy!  It sets up our family for success, even though some grumble that they don't want to think about Christmas this early. They all admit that we are a lot less stressed when we plan ahead!

As a Christmas lover, I also collect Christmas ideas all year long that I would love to do.  I am going to share some of my current favorites with you!  I'll start with a recipe, and then my top five fun things I will be doing this Christmas in July!

I love Christmas! But I'm not quite ready to start planning it. Summer's pretty short over here and we don't get a lot of hot weather haha. But I will definitely tap in to these tips and ideas when the weather gets cooler and summer has left us. Happy planning! And happy Christmas in July!
