The Ultimate Taco Burger

We love tacos and we love burgers, so when we saw this combination at our favorite restaurant, Hi Point Drive-In Burgers in Saint Louis, we knew this was something we would want to try at home.  We did add our own twist to this burger by adding the sauce we use for Mexican Street Corn. So amazing!

Our love of Hi Point Drive-In started when they remodeled the old Del Taco located in the High Pointe neighborhood off of Interstate 40.  They tore down the old building and built the most adorable restaurant from shipping containers! It's adorable and so fun to go to.  Ironically, there is no drive-in.

Give this delicious burger a try.  It will become a regular on your menu!  Look below for more delicious burger recipes that you are going to want to try!

  4. Were you in my house the other day? I bought some ground beef, hamburger buns and taco shells and told my husband to choose which he wanted, burgers or tacos. It never occurred to me to combine the two! But now I will have to.
