Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Fat Bombs

It's National Peanut Butter Day and in our house that is a big reason to celebrate! We love our peanut butter and eat it nearly every day. My favorite is on toast. When it is warm and melty and on good bread... oh yum.

Since starting Keto, I have been so pleased that nut butters are on the list of good fats.  My favorite treat uses peanut butter as part of the ingredients!

Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Fat Bombs

Perfect treat to satisfy your sweet craving and to give you the satisfaction of a delicious treat.
prep time: 40 minscook time: total time: 40 mins

ingredients:

  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 1/2 c powdered sweetner (I use KetoSweet)
  • 1/2 c softened butter
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/2 c Lily's chocolate chips

instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.  Add powdered sweetner and combine well.  Add peanut butter and mix until smooth.  Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Scoop 1 T of the dough on the cookie sheet. Continue until all dough is used.  Place in the refrigerator until dough is firm. Bag and freeze.
