This quick treat uses a muffin mix as the base.  This keeps you from having to measure each ingredient which can eat up a lot of time.  Enjoy this recipe!

FAQ


How many muffins does this make?

I make 12 but they were a bit on the small side.  Nine would be a little larger muffin.

What other mixes can you use?

Dollar Tree sometimes carries a Betty Crocker banana muffin mix that would work well.  Jiffy makes a muffin mix that's plain that would work.

Can you bake at a lower temperature?

You can but the muffins rise more slowly and tend to be more dense.
