Keto Frosty Ice Cream Recipe

I am always excited to celebrate National Ice Cream Month and especially when it is a party with my blogging friends!  You will have a lot of recipes to choose from below, but I am going to share my Chocolate Frosty, which reminds me a lot of Wendy's Frosty in terms of taste and texture.

This keto frosty ice cream is so delicious and creamy, that you won't believe it's low carb! It has a rich chocolate flavor with just enough sweetness to satisfy any sweet tooth. You'll love how fast and easy it is to make too!

The best part is that it is Keto friendly, which makes it a winner in my book! I tend to use less of the erythritol as I like it a little less sweet.  I like that it is cold and chocolate but not so sweet that I feel yucky.  Works for me!

Chocolate "Keto Approved" Frosty

Chocolate "Keto Approved" Frosty

Has the texture of and the taste of a Wendy's Frosty!
Prep time: 5 MCook time: Total time: 5 M


  • 1/2 c whipping cream
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 3 T erythritol
  • pinch of pink salt
  • 1 T cocoa powder (I use chocolate collagen powder)
  • 1/2 c ice
  • water as needed


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, starting with the liquid.
  2. Blend thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes and enjoy!
