Egg Puff and Hibiscus Gin Cocktail for Mother's Day #TasteCreations

For May's Taste Creation event, we have created for you a complete Mothers' Day Brunch, complete with an egg dish, cocktail, dessert, and scones.  I have created a downloadable grocery list for you, too, to make it super easy to shop for you, your mom, and any person you want to recognize and celebrate on this day!

I am making this cocktail for you, and even as complicated as it sounds, it is really easy to make.  First, you are going to make a simple syrup.

To make the cocktail add 1 and 1/2 oz of gin to a glass.  Add in 3/4 oz of the hibiscus simple syrup. Add ice and stir.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with a flower.

The Egg Puff is also super easy to make!  Bake it in individual ramekins to give it a special, celebratory feel. It's elegant and special, just like your momma!
