My theme for the week is E A S Y.  We are all living busy lives, and one of the things we can do for ourselves is to find ways to celebrate that don't take a lot of time but show a lot of love. That's the hope for these adorable Halloween Ghost Kabobs.

Halloween Ghost Kabobs are a fun after-school treat, and also perfect for that cute dish to take to a party.  The kids can get involved to make these, too, making it a fun family adventure.

To make these 8 of these treats have on hand the following:

8 strawberries

4 packages of mini brownie bites

2 bananas, cut into fourths

8 pieces of freeze-dried mango

8 marshmallows

1 tube black icing, with a tiny hole, pierced into the end

8 kabob sticks.

Layer in this order:  Brownie, marshmallow, strawberry, mango, banana, brownie.  I think it looks a bit like a ghost person, don't you?  Next, draw a spooky face onto the marshmallow with the tube of icing.  Let the icing dry before you stack them into a container.

Depending on the number of family members, each person can sit at one stop and put the same item on the skewer each time, or, you can have each person make their own full skewer by placing each item in order.  Either way, this is bound to be a fun activity for all.
