Spring Fling #SundaySupper

Spring is flirting with us and that makes me start to yearn for spring foods: fresh greens, blueberries and anything with lemon! This lemon pie is a perfect treat for your favorite P.E.O. sisters or a baby shower or just anyplace where a group of you are getting together for some fun. It is super simple to make, but tastes like you spent the whole afternoon in the kitchen!
