Sourdough Strawberry Cupcakes

Welcome to the 2020 edition of Cupcake Lovers Day!  I made Sourdough Strawberry Cupcakes topped with whipped topping.  They are yummy and a fun way to use a little of your sourdough.  Last year I blessed you with my Vanilla Bourbon Bacon Cupcakes that were a hit all over the internet.

When Covid-19 struck, a group of neighbors made sourdough starter and learned how to care for it during the time that followed.  I have made bread, muffins, cupcakes, Dutch babies and more with my starter.  These cupcakes are so delicious and unique.  The sourdough comes through but the vanilla and strawberry lighten it up quite a bit.
