For our opening day, I decided to make these Ghostly Popcorn Balls for you!  They are easy and only have 4 ingredients to make the popcorn balls. Then I dip those in Chocoley's White Chocolate melts and attach a darling Wilton's candy to the top. I also add some Wilton sprinkles to set it all off.  They are adorable and delicious, too.

Some tips to share while making popcorn balls.  I always have the worst time making the ball part of the recipe. Even though I butter my hands, sometimes that marshmallowy goo will not let go. I learned that if I wash and butter my hands each time, I get nice looking popcorn balls!

  4. Butter your hands and begin to form the popcorn into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Allow the balls to cool, about 30 minutes.
