Amaretto Prosecco Fizz #TasteCreations

Summer cocktails are coming your way from Taste Creations this month!  I can't wait to share with you the cocktails from Tikkido and Mom Home Guide.  Beautiful and delicious cocktails coming your way!

I found this canned prosecco at Aldi and decided to incorporate it into this recipe.  You can easily substitute regular prosecco.  I liked that I didn't need to open a whole bottle to make this drink! It's easy and beautiful, too!

Nikki from Tikkido made Rhubarb Shrub and this cocktail with it

And Lauren from Mom Home Guide made this yummy Bloody Mary

Join us in August where we will share frozen treats for the Dog Days of Summer!

Amaretto Prosecco Fizz

Amaretto Prosecco Fizz

A fizzy, sweet drink perfect for your backyard party!
Prep time: 7 MCook time: Total time: 7 M

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pear Prosecco (available at Aldi) chilled
  • 2 oz amaretto
  • 2 cherries
  • 2 lemon roses

Instructions:

  1. Add ice to your glass and swirl around, set aside.
  2. Use the peel of one lemon to make two roses (I just make a wide peel and use half of it to create a rose effect)
  3. Dump ice from glasses into sink.
  4. Add cherry to each glass.
  5. Pour 1 oz of amaretto to each glass.
  6. Top with prosecco.
  7. Balance lemon rose on cherry.
  8. Serve immediately.
