White Chocolate Apple Fudge #TasteCreations

We cannot get enough of apples this year.  Maybe due to all the water we had this summer, but the apples seem juicier and sweeter than other years, and I find myself grabbing an apple or two during the day. I love cooking with them and experimenting with them, and this recipe is definitely an experiment.

Apple fudge.  It sounds delicious and I knew I wanted to give it a try. I decided apple chips would be a nice texture and applesauce would give that apple flavor all the way through.  I used my favorite white chocolate fudge and played around with the ratios and found one that worked well.  Here is my apple fudge recipe!
