Cranberry Cheese Bites

These Cranberry Cheese bites are amazing when hot, but they can be served at room temperature as well. Guests love these little one-bite appetizers and they are easy to make, especially when you use the Aztec pastry cups as the base.


I love that these look like you were in the kitchen all day long!  As elegant as these appear, they are so simple to make. You can even put your child to work on these all the way up to putting them in the oven. Then I would do that part. :)

Cranberry Cheese Bites

An easy appetizer that is simple but very elegant.

ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Aztec pastry cups
  • 8 oz brie, chopped
  • 1/2 c cranberry sauce

instructions:

How to cook Cranberry Cheese Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Remove pastry cups from packaging and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Add dollops of brie cheese to each cup.
  4. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 3-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
