Chai Tea Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 vanilla cake mix
- 1 c vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/2 c cinnamon chips
- 1/4 c chai tea powder
- 2 t cake spice (Penzey's)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients by hand.
- Using the large muffin tin, spray each cup with cooking spray.
- Fill each cup 2/3 full.
- Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from oven.
- Rest five minutes.
- Serve warm.

ReplyDeleteI have an Indian friend who told me saying, "chai tea" is like saying, "tea tea" because chai is tea in India. Either way, these look delicious.
