When my husband made this cocktail for me, I remarked on how pretty the color was. It is a pretty soft red/pink and the first thing I thought was how lovely this would be against those pink poinsettias. I wish I had a few for the photoshoot of this cocktail. Then I tried it. Oh my, it is refreshing and delicious. If you are like me, sometimes I get overly warm in a party setting. This is the cocktail for that situation. The dry white wine with cranberry juices makes this cocktail a thirst quencher.
You can make this by the pitcher, but we like to be sure the bubbles last so we make it by the drink.

White Wine Cranberry Spritzer
Ingredients
- 4 ounces dry white wine
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces seltzer water
- 3-4 fresh cranberries and a lime wheel for garnish
Instructions
- Stir together the wine, cranberry juice and seltzer.
- Pour over ice.
- Garnish with cranberries and lime wheel.
