Pumpkin Pie Fat Bombs for Keto Lovers!

Welcome to the Foodie Extravaganza for October. Today we are featuring all things pumpkin.  Thank you, Sarah, from Fantastical Food Fight for organizing this event for us.  If you would like to join us in the future, follow the link!

I love having these delicious treats available to me during the fall.  With so many of the fall goodies not available to me (too many carbs!) it is fun to have an alternative that I can indulge in from time to time!  If you are not familiar with fat bombs, they are a treat filled with healthy fats and no sugar. They help keto followers meet their macro-nutrients and help with hunger.

You can used canned pumpkin in these bombs, but I do prefer to use my own pumpkin puree. I can guarantee that it is real pumpkin and I use absolutely no sweetener when I roast them.
