Keto Lemonade #BBQWeek

In the summer there is nothing more satisfying than a tall, frosty glass of lemonade.  Make it Keto, and you have a drink that you can have all summer long!

For me, the lemonade isn't about being sour.  It is that perfect balance of sour to sweet.  When you buy lemonade at the store, you are letting someone else determine what the right balance is. No more.  Here you determine how much sweet to how much sour you want.

Another great thing about lemonade, it is full of minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium.  Add a pinch of pink sea salt, too, for more minerals!  And all citrus has a nice boost of Vitamin C!  Now you don't have to feel guilty about a nice little treat!

Keto Style Lemonade

Keto Style Lemonade

A single serving lemonade that is delicious and refreshing!


  • 16 oz of filtered water
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 T Swerve or other nonsugar sweetener
  • 1 glass filled with ice


  1. In a mason jar, add all the ingredients and shake well.
  2. Pour over ice in a glass and serve immediately.
  3. Adjust your sweetener accordingly.


This is a single serving, but since your glass is filled with ice, you will get a refill.
Use a lemon squeezer to get all the juice. This is my favorite one.
