Cranberry Jalapeno Dip with Cream Cheese #CranberryWeek

Need that perfect Thanksgiving appetizer?  This one should do it for you!  It is more delicious than you might ever believe,  Yes, it's that good.  It's the perfect blend of sweet, tart, spicy and delicious all in one bite.  It's a clear winner for your Thanksgiving table!

When you serve this one you may want to use a spoon instead of a cheese knife.  It will help gather all the goodness.  The sugar in this recipe is a bit of a surprise, but don't skimp on it. The sugar is needed to bring out the spicy but also to tone down the tartness of the cranberries.  A simple wheat-thin cracker is all you need to convey this goodness to your mouth. Keep it simple.

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
