Test anxiety mostly occurs when a student believes they are not intellectually ready for an upcoming test. Nobody likes to fail. No student ever grows great without focus, discipline, and dedication. To deal with this, a student must have it in mind to be focused and determined. As a student, the best way to overcome this anxiety is to prepare as much as you can, get enough sleep, eat more fruits, carefully read each question, make sure you understand every bit of it, focus more on questions you know and go for therapy.
