Spring Salad with Herb Garden Dressing

May is National Salad Month and I want to show you how delightful it is to grow your own! There is something truly special about getting your meal from your own garden!  Most of what is on my plate here are grown in my Salad Bowl or my Herb Garden.  Isn't that fun and exciting?  I truly love the satisfaction I get from growing some of my own food.

I'm joining some of my favorite bloggers to share with you salads that you can enjoy any time you'd like!  I love that we have a month to recognize the versatile salad!  What is your favorite salad?  Share a comment with us!  Each year I plant a Salad Bowl and this year is no exception. Here are a few past posts that will tell more about the process of planting a salad bowl for yourself!
