Keto Chocolate Mug Cake for Two

My husband and I love desserts and because we are watching our intake of sugar carefully, we aren't doing dessert as much as we had before. However, there are some nonnegotiables when it comes to dessert and Valentine's Day is one of them.

Chocolate is our preference, too, and warm chocolate tops the list!  We like to add ice cream or whipped cream and the contrast in textures and temperatures is such a delight.

The base of this mug cake is my keto cake mix.  I am really proud of this cake mix. I worked hard on getting the right textures and height on this cake.  I keep a ziplock of the dry ingredients in the refrigerator.  I rarely make the entire cake all at once, but this mug cake is perfect for a single serving for two!
