Mocha Vietnamese Coffee #TasteCreations

When fall comes around, I know that most people like to think of pumpkin-spiced lattes or a delicious chai tea, but I do love a dark, rich mocha for those crisp, Autumn Days.  This month the Taste Creation bloggers are thinking of rich chocolate to tantalize your taste buds.

Did you know that mocha (or mochaccino) was created in the United States and that it is typically served in a glass?  I felt rather guilty taking an American drink and imposing it on top of a Vietnamese drink. This mocha coffee is easy, quick, and delicious. Regular mocha is made with espresso, hot milk, and cocoa powder.  I like a deep chocolate flavor, so I use dark chocolate syrup instead.  It keeps the drink from being too sweet.

I hope you give this drink a try this fall and see if it hits the spot for you as it does for me!

Let's see what the other Taste Creation bloggers made for you this month with mouth-watering chocolate!

Rosemary from Breads and Sweets made Chocolate Almond Bark.
