Favorite Photo Friday

I love weddings and of course my daughter's wedding last March would be no exception! I recently (like yesterday) got this photo framed of Ashley in her gown and I love it!! Hobby Lobby is having a 50% off sale on premade frames. The photo itself is an unusual size so I had to have a custom mat made. Altogether, including the cost of the print, the cost was $35. My sister took the picture, so I am really at $35!

The frame is soft black and the mat is a deep black textured like burlap. The silver beading that goes around it is shiny. Of course my picture does not do this picture justice! This picture was cropped... in the lower left hand corner, originally, is my niece, who is running around playing. Ashley is watching her. This was not a posed picture at all!

It is hanging in my living room in a very prominent place, of course! You are all invited to come and see it!

I am having trouble leaving comments anywhere this a.m. I wanted to say what a lovely photograph this is of your daughter. Also, you asked about Newnan - it is about 1 1/2 hrs. south of me. It is a lovely town.

  13. Terri, I love the framed print of Ahley! Black and White frames are so chic, love em! Ashley was a gorgeous bride! My daughter did a black/white wall going up her stairway from her wedding pics and it's so fun to look at! She used doublesided tape though to hang em., OUCH when they remove those to paint, eh? ;) Hey, thanks for all the sweet comments you've been leaving lately on my blog. I wanted to let you know you gotta stop by today to see the Show & Tell post, cuz, I'm offering my FIRST give away challenge and I don't want you to miss out on it! It's WHOS EYES ARE THESE! It will be fun, and I'll take ya on another window shopping spree along with it too! ~CC Catherine of "Catherine de th`e Cups" ;)
