Keto Egg Casserole

Often when we contemplate the new year, we look for ways to be a healthier person. Our Dinner Table Group decided to help you out and make some delicious, healthy recipes. Keto Egg Casserole isn't just for those following the Keto lifestyle but is good for the whole family.

My husband and I find the Keto lifestyle easy to follow. The two of us are huge dessert people, and yes, that does get hard. After we get through the initial sugar detox though, we find we do not miss it as much. That doesn't mean we don't have desserts! Here is our favorite Rustic Keto Cake!
Back to breakfast. This casserole is delicious and uses cheese as the binder. Let's get to cooking!
